What are your box office hours?

Our Box Office is open Monday - Saturday from Noon to 6pm. On show days we are open through the time of show. Our Box Office is located at 334 South Street, directly on the front of the club. Our Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Cash. |

What time do shows start?

Where is Will Call?
|
|
|
|
|
Will Call is located at the box office, directly in front of the club. Customer needs to bring purchasing credit card and confirmation number to pick up tickets. |

Can I bring a camera, video camera or record audio?

There are no cameras, no video cameras, and no audio recording allowed. All media passes must be approved by the band. |

Is your venue all ages? Do you have a bar?

Most shows are All Ages, unless otherwise specified on our calendar.The club has two levels, both with bars. The first floor has a bar on the left side and the upstairs bar is located behind the seated balcony area. You MUST be 21+ to enter either of these areas and will receive a hand stamp upon entry. No fake ID’s Please! They will be confiscated. |

Where do I park?

There is limited street parking near the venue. There are commercial lots on 5th and Bainbridge Streets (cash only!). |

Do children under a certain age require a ticket?

|

All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age. |

Concession stand sells popcorn, soda and snacks. |

There is no ATM on premises, but there are several near the venue on South Street. |
